Services
Lighting & Exit/Emergency Lighting Design
Complete lighting designs including interior and exterior lighting layouts. We complete photometric calculations for site plan applications, and ensure light levels meet industry standards and provide excellent working environments. Our lighting designs include complete Exit/Emergency signage and lighting layouts as well.
Electrical Design
Power distribution layouts for all building types including incoming service size calculations as per OESC, single line diagrams and panel circuiting & schedules.
Mechanical HVAC Design
HVAC system sizing and equipment selection including heat gain/loss calculations. Ventilation calculations to meet building code requirements and ASHRAE 62.1 standards. Duct layouts and sizing to suit the various building project requirements.
Plumbing Design
Complete plumbing system design including the layout and sizing of potable water systems, sanitary drainage and storm water drainage. We provide complete fixture selection and hot water system sizing as well as specialized equipment such as booster pumping systems.
