Mike McLellan, P.Eng.
Owner | Principal Mechanical Engineer
Mike is a Professional Engineer, having obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Systems Engineering from Conestoga in 2007 and continuing his education to P.Eng. He has over 14 years of experience in consulting and has been responsible for leading the mechanical design and project management for a variety of commercial, institutional and industrial projects. Mike brings a thorough understanding of mechanical systems and uses his expertise to provide clients with professional, efficient and quality designs.
Gino Vitella, P.Eng
Owner | Principal Electrical Engineer
Gino is a Professional Engineer, having obtained a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Western University in 2004. He has over 22 years of expertise working for three engineering consulting firms and this has allowed him to gain a wide range of electrical engineering/design and construction administration experience. Gino brings his superior leadership and professionalism, effective communication skills, and exceptional attention to detail to every project he completes.
Ahmed Mohamed
Senior Mechanical Designer
Ahmed is a Professional Engineer with a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Western University and an Honours Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Sudan. He brings over 10 years of experience in Canada and Qatar, specializing in project management, training, and building design. His core expertise lies in fire protection and ventilation system design and engineering. Outside of his project work,
Ahmed is dedicated to mentoring internationally trained engineers pursuing their professional licensure.
Chris Kendall
Project Manager | Sr. Electrical Designer
Chris is a Project Manager and Electrical Designer, having obtained his Electronics Engineering Diploma from Humber College in 1996. He has over 31 years of electrical estimating and design experience in the institutional, commercial, and industrial sectors. His wealth of knowledge allows him to foresee issues that could arise during the construction phase, which helps streamline the design process. Chris is a team player with a passion and expertise for electrical systems, which leads to quality, thorough, and cost-effective designs for our customers.
Tanner Gedies
Electrical Engineer In Training
Tanner is a recent honours graduate of the Bachelor of Applied Science program in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Windsor Ontario. He has extensive hands-on experience interpreting commercial construction drawings and coordinating field activities, while maintaining design accuracy throughout the construction process. His areas of focus allow him to effectively bridge office-based designs with real-world site conditions and construction standards. We are excited to have Tanner join our team at MVE.
